We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, however if you are not entirely satisfied, provided the goods are returned unused in the original condition within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, we will give you an exchange or refund. When returning goods, please obtain proof of postage as PureSilkDuvet cannot accept responsibility for items which fail to reach us. Please note PureSilkDuvet will not arrange or pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are incorrect, faulty,damaged or returned within 14 calendar days. This does not affect your statutory rights. PureSilkDuvet reserves the right to charge for any next day or overseas delivery of any goods subsequently returned under the DSR Act/ Consumer Contracts Regulation.
