We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, however if you are not entirely satisfied, provided the goods are returned unused in the original condition within 14 days we will give you an exchange or refund. When returning goods, please obtain proof of postage as PureSilkDuvet cannot accept responsibility for items which fail to reach us. Please note PureSilkDuvet will not arrange or pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. PureSilkDuvet reserves the right to charge for the initial delivery of any goods subsequently returned under the DSR Act.

 We cannot accept a return when:

• you return your product to us without proof of purchase;
• the goods were a special order to your specification;
• the goods have been used
