Where we Deliver

Delivery costs quoted with the product purchased is for an address in the United Kingdom (this excludes the Channel Islands). We also deliver to Europe, America, Africa and Australia, in these cases there will be extra charges for deliveries to be advised on application. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

Delivery Outside the EU

If you live outside EU you will be subject to import duties. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Delivery Charges

We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate standard delivery charge will be added automatically. There are additional charges if you choose a premium delivery service such as Special Delivery for next working day. You will always be able to see all applicable charges before submitting your order.

How we Deliver

Most products are delivered either by courier or by post, depending on their size and value.

Standard Postal and Courier Deliveries, normally 3-5 Working Days

Standard postal and courier deliveries should arrive within 3-5 working days of placing your order (allow a little extra during busy sales periods). If we are sending your product by courier, our e-mail to you will contain a link to the courier's website, and a parcel number, so that you can track your order right to your doorstep. Standard courier deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5pm. All deliveries must be signed for, so please ensure that someone is able to sign for the delivery at the delivery address.

Exceptional Circumstances

If because of exceptional circumstances we anticipate that dispatch will be more than 28 days from order we will advise you and give you the option of accepting a later delivery or cancelling the order, in which case a full refund will be made. Delivery of orders for bespoke items will usually be made within 6 weeks of receipt of payment, but will be confirmed before payment is taken

Next Working Day Delivery

For an extra charge we can arrange for your product to be delivered on the next working day. If you wish to use this service your order must be before by 1.00 pm at the latest on the last working day prior to delivery. If you require this service then please state when checking out if there was not an option with the product. Working days are Monday to Friday, and exclude bank holidays. We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. Please allow extra time for deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products, please check that they have been despatched by using our tracking facility (simply log in and then go to ‘My Account’).
